New Round Of Paving In Horsham Starts Monday
See the three Horsham roadways where work is expected to last for more than a week.
HORSHAM, PA — The second phase of Horsham's 2019 milling and paving project is set to start on Monday, Aug. 5, with three roadways scheduled for work.
The scheduled work, which will take more than a week, will be on:
- Meetinghouse Road, from County Line Road to Moreland Avenue
- Maple Avenue, from Easton Road to Horsham Road
- Lower State Road, from Welsh Road to just past Squire Drive
According to township officials, the work on the three roadways will begin Monday with milling, which is expected to take about three days. Then, paving crews will complete the project and do final surfacing.

That phase is expected to take another 4-5 days, depending on the weather, officials said.
During the paving project, all roadways will remain open to local traffic and emergency vehicles. That means that if you live on the roadway being resurfaced, you'll be allowed access to and from your home.

Other motorists are urged to plan in advance for traffic congestion, occasional road closures and detours.
