Our Tribe Has Grown: A Salon on Main Story

It was about two years ago when this journey began. Salon on Main owner, Denise Radcliff, knew it was time for a change. The industry was evolving; our clients were changing. As stylists and artists, we were evolving as well. We were creating works of art daily; painting hair, toning, and styling these masterpieces that individuals would carry with them every single day. It was inspiring and it made us want to give more to this industry that has given us already so much.

Denise wanted to fill the cosmetology industry with love, compassion, and hope for a creative and more giving future where artist can aspire to be a master at any skill set they choose. A place where individuals could grow and educate themselves, where goals could be set and the bar constantly raised.

It took about a year to find the perfect location for Salon on Main's next home. It was not going to be easy, but Denise had a drive to leave her mark in the industry. Denise wanted to grow the salon into something even she at one time did not know could be. With the help of C. K. Radcliff & Son's of Horsham, PA, Denise's dreams began to unfold right in front of her eyes.

Salon on Main's new location was within Denise's view the entire time, just a few doors down from the previous salon, 225 N. York Road, on the west end of Hatboro. What used to be filled with shelves of gin and red wine, now houses creativity and inspiration for artists to grow!

As Denise began to merge her two growing companies, Salon on Main and Lala Lash Room, she decided it was time to grow the tribe. Starting January 1st, 2019 we started our growth and building our tribe up!

We rounded up the best of the best in the industry, put together a game plan, and brought on 5 awesome hair artists/stylists, 2 fantastic assistants, and 2 caring customer service experts. We are now a tribe of 17 bada** women here to change the hair game!

We are here to inspire our clients and other artists.
We are here to create beauty for those willing to take a piece of our soul.
We are here ready to invest our time and energy into YOUR life.
We are here to know you: Your hopes, dreams, and struggles alike.
We are artists, therapists, and life coaches all wrapped up into a creative-being here to serve YOU!

Since we were able to design our new home, we made sure it was education forward! We have the space to learn, but more importantly, we have the space to TEACH!
