Sheriff Behr Leaving Montco For a Position At Drexel University
She is supposed to start her new position in January.
Sheriff Eileen Whalon Behr is resigning her Montgomery County Sheriff post to start at a position that may be titled Director of Police Operations at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Montgomery County public information assistant Teresa Harris confirmed Friday.
Behr is supposed to start at Drexel on Jan. 3 in 2014.
“I think she is looking forward to all of that,” said Harris.
