Timoney Knox, LLP Elects New Law Firm Partner

Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin D. Birkhead has been elected a partner of the firm effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Birkhead, of Warrington Township, Bucks County, focuses his practice on trusts and estates, business law and taxation. He is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Business, Banking and Corporate Counsel Committee. Birkhead has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Estate and Probate Law since 2014. He has frequently lectured on business and estate topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Saint Joseph’s University Office of Veteran’s Services.

Birkhead graduated magna cum laude with his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and holds a master’s degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law, where he received the Faculty Award in Graduate Taxation for ranking first in his class. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
