Children's book author David Kirk will be on hand, as the Union Library of Hatboro celebrates National Library Week with a special event on April 15.Kirk is a nationally known author, and his latest book, Oh So Brave Dragon, was recently released. Kirk will take part in Pajama Story Time and a book signing at 6:30 p.m. Kirk is particularly beloved for his Miss Spider series of books.The event is sponsored by the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation. The library is located on 242 S.
