1 Man Charged In Bristol Boat & Trailer Theft
Bristol Borough Police have charged a Morrisville man in the theft, which occurred back in April.

MORRISVILLE, PA — Police have charged a Falls Township man in the April 27 theft of a boat and trailer from Corson Street in Bristol Borough. 60-year-old John E. Foster III faces charges of theft and receiving stolen property following police investigation and tips from the public.
During their investigation, police located surveillance video in which they could see the vehicle used to transport the stolen property. At approximately 3 p.m. on the day of the theft, the video showed two older white men entering the Corson Street yard and removing a 15' brown Glass Stream boat and trailer. The suspects were operating a bright red pickup truck with a yellow light on its roof, police advised.
When that footage was released to local media outlets, the boat and trailer were returned to the neighborhood. Multiple items on the boat had been damaged or disconnected, police said, speculating that those who took the property may have been planning to scrap it.
