Acme Ditches Instacart For Curbside Pickup
The grocery chain says moving the service in-house will provide better service for its customers.
Acme Markets is getting rid of Instacart for its online ordering and curbside pickup.
A spokesman for the grocery chain, which runs more than 160 stores including many in the Philadelphia region, told Patch that Acme is launching its own "Drive Up and Go" online ordering system.
"In doing so we are discontinuing the use of Instacart as our curbside pickup partner," she said Friday in an email.
