Bristol Company Spending $1.6M On New Building
Gov. Tom Wolf announced a low-interest loan through the state that will help the company expand.
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — A manufacturing company based in Bristol plans to spend $1.6 million to expand, buying a new building in the township.
Manning-MFG, LLC was one of six Pennsylvania businesses approved for low-interest loans through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, Gov. Tom Wolf announced Wednesday.
The loans are designed to help businesses expand and create new full-time jobs.

Manning was approved for a $640,000 loan at a fixed 3-percent interest rate for 10 years. The company plans to buy an existing 28,060 square-foot building in Bristol Township. The total cost of the project is $1.6 million.
According to Wolf's office, the building currently is occupied with four tenants who will continue their agreements with Manning-MFG.

"The businesses that were awarded funding today will expand their operations and improve service, bring new jobs to their communities, and benefit Pennsylvanians in a number of ways — including making healthcare more accessible and environmentally friendly and acquiring the tools and equipment they need to offer high-quality service to consumers," Wolf said. "My administration continues to invest in and support businesses of all sizes as they work to strategically improve their operations and what they can offer to their customers."
