You Can Now Walk In For Your COVID Vaccine In Bucks Co.
Nearly half of Bucks County's adult population had received at least one COVID-19 vaccination shot at the start of this week.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County is now allowing residents to walk in to its five COVID-19 vaccine clinics and get a shot without an appointment.
The walk-in availability starts Wednesday, county health officials announced. Anyone who is eligible may show up to receive a Johnson & Johnson single-shot vaccination at the clinic in Warwick or their first dose of the two-shot Pfizer vaccine and the county's other four public clinics.
The news comes after Bucks County announced that nearly half of the county's adult population — 49.5 percent — has received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine. The county also resumed giving the Johnson & Johnson shot on Tuesday, after a two-week pause for federal health officials to review its safety.

While an appointment is no longer necessary, officials said preference will be given to patients who are scheduled for a vaccination. Those who get the Pfizer vaccine will be asked to schedule an appointment for their second dose.
