Drive-Through Wawa Opens In Bucks Co.
The store, in the Morrisville section of Falls Township, is the first of its kind in Pennsylvania and the second one anywhere.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A new kind of Wawa store opened Friday in Lower Bucks County.
A grand opening was held for the standalone, drive-through Wawa at 549 W. Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section.
Wawa officials came up with the concept for the 1,800-square-foot store after the coronavirus pandemic began. Open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily, the store lets customers drive through and place orders for food and other items without leaving their vehicles.

The Falls Township location was the first announced and is the second of its kind to open, after one in Westampton, N.J.
"Wawa is committed to increasing convenience and providing new options for service while keeping safety and comfort top of mind," the company said in a news release. "Wawa hopes to learn from the layout, workflow and traffic flow at this location, as it continues to explore alternatives for longer term application to stores post-COVID-19."
