Galloway Poised For Re-Election To State House
The incumbent Democrat led by thousands of votes as of Thursday afternoon.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Democratic state Rep. John Galloway was in good position to retain his Levittown-area seat as Bucks County's vote count neared an end Thursday afternoon.
With all 37 of the Levittown-area district's precincts reporting, Galloway led Republican challenger Jeanine McGee, 18,347 to 12,597 in unofficial returns Wednesday morning.
Bucks County was continuing to count mail-in ballots on Thursday. But with those ballots have been breaking heavily toward Democrats.

The district covers Bristol Borough, Falls and Tullytown, as well as parts of Bristol Township, Middletown and Morrisville.
Galloway, of Falls, has represented the area since 2007. A former members of the Pennsbury School District board, campaigned on issues like shoring up Pennsylvania's mental health and addiction resources.

McGee, 43, of Bristol, focused on an anti-abortion platform in her bid to unseat Galloway.
