The work will be done according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines and a project-specific coronavirus safety plan, the department said. That includes protocols for social distancing, use of face covering, cleaning and more.

Motorists using I-295 in the area are advised to allow extra time when traveling because backups and slowdowns may occur. All scheduled work is dependent on the weather.
