Lanes To Close On I-95, I-295 Next Week

BRISTOL, PA — There will be moving lane closures on Interstate 95 and Interstate 295 in Bucks County next week as crews work to paint markers on the pavement there.

The nighttime closures are set for Monday, May 13, through Friday, May 17 from 7 p.m.-5 a.m. They'll be between the Academy Road and Rt. 413 (Bristol) interchanges.

The work is part of a project to repair and resurface 13 miles of the intersates in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown and Lower Makefield Townships, PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on I-95 and I-295 in the work areas because backups and delays are expected to occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
