Levittown Teen Dies After Year-Long Battle With Cancer

LEVITTOWN, PA — An online fundraiser has been launched following the death of a Levittown teen, who passed away April 24 after a year-long battle with brain cancer.

Emmanuel Barrios, 13, was diagnosed with glioblastoma in March of 2020, according to a GoFundMe page set up to support the family.

"There are no words to describe the devastation that is felt by all," fundraiser organizer Monica Gutierrez wrote. "Manny was an extraordinary human who left an indelible impact on everyone who knew him."
