Man Who Brandished Firearm At Wendy’s Drive-Thru Arrested: Police
Falls Township Police said Hector Ginorio, 23, argued with a driver at Wendy's who had children in the car with him.

LEVITTOWN, PA — A Morrisville man was arrested on Saturday, June 19 after reports that he threatened another driver with a firearm at a Wendy’s drive-thru.
Falls Township Police said Friday that they had received a report at 12:30 p.m. on June 19 of a verbal argument at the Wendy’s, in which one driver exited his vehicle holding a weapon.
He tried to get the victim to exit his vehicle, too, police reported. Police said that the victim had children in the vehicle with him.

Following the victim’s description, police located the vehicle and its driver at his residence in Morrisville. There, after speaking with Hector Ginorio, they identified him as the suspect who had displayed the weapon.
Ginorio was charged and arrested with the following offenses: terroristic threats, simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
