Mill Creek Road Bridge To Re-Open Monday

In Falls Township, the bridge had been closed for reconstruction since 2018.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — After more than a year and a half, the Mill Creek Road Bridge in Falls Township was set to open on Monday.

Bucks County Commissioners planned a ribbon-cutting ceremony for 2:30 p.m. Monday at the bridge, which crosses over Martins Creek in Falls Township.

The bridge was closed in summer 2018 and had been expected to be completed late last year. But construction delays due to weather and other issues pushed back the completion date.

One of those delays came in December, when Mill Creek Road was closed for sewer main repairs in the area.

The $2 million reconstruction was contracted by Bi-State Construction Company, of Easton.
