LEVITTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Education has released the 2019 SAT scores for all public high schools in the state.

In the Levittown area, the high school with the highest composite score was Pennsbury High School. The average composite score there was 1170.4, with a 582.1 average in math and a 588.3 average in reading and writing.

Neshaminy High School was close behind, with an 1109.7 composite average.

In Bucks County, the high school with the highest composite score was Central Bucks West. The average composite score there was 1213.4, with a 611 average in math and a 602.4 average in reading and writing. The highest-scoring school in the state was Julia R. Masterman in Philadelphia, where the average score was 1402.9.

According to the Princeton Review, the average score in 2018 was 1068.
