FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A nice, noisy alarm can be the difference between getting robbed or not.

That's what police in Falls Township were saying Thursday after sharing a video of what appears to have been a burglary attempt at a local gas station.

The security video was filmed at the Exxon on Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section.

In it, a group of people can be seen peering into the closed shop's windows and door, tugging at the door and possibly trying to pry it open. Near the end of the video, someone can be seen crawling on hands and knees outside the store.

That's when an alarm sounds and, suddenly, at least three people start running away.
