LEVITTOWN, PA — Easter 2021 marks our second during the coronavirus pandemic, which means many people in Levittown and throughout our state will once again opt to forgo the traditional Easter celebrations for smaller, more socially distanced festivities.
Another pandemic Easter calls for a low-key day with close family. Whether you’re skipping the big meal or crossing items off your spring to-do list, it’s helpful to know which libraries, restaurants, and stores are open before you head out.
Here’s a look at what’s open and closed in Levittown this Easter:

- Some branches of Bucks County Free Library will be closed on Friday, including Briostol and Morrisville, while others will be open. You may check the schedule of your closest branch here. All branches will be closed on Sunday.
- Oxford Valley Mall will be open from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and closed on Sunday.
- Bucks County government and court offices will be closed on Good Friday, as will many municipal offices.
- Pennsbury, Bristol Township, Bristol Borough and Neshaminy school districts: Schools will be closed Friday.
- Most banks and the U.S. Post Office will have normal hours on Friday.
- Giant Food Stores will have regular hours Friday and close at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Acme Markets will be open regular hours Friday and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
