2019 Dog Licenses Available In Montgomery County
2019 dog licenses are now available in Montgomery County, officials remind residents.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Dog licenses for 2019 are available, Montgomery County officials remind residents.
Typically, at some point in the spring, the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement will be conducting a license and vaccination canvas in the area. Wardens will go door-to-door across the county to check the status of residents' dog licenses and rabies vaccinations.The licenses for 2019 were made available in December.
Residents with unlicensed dogs face fines of up to $300 per animal.

An annual license is $8.50 and a lifetime license is $51.50. If your dog is spayed or neutered, the annual fee is $6.50 and lifetime is $31.50.
Owners of non-vaccinated pets can also be fined up to $300 per animal. Under Pennsylvania law, dogs and cats three months or older must have a current rabies vaccination.

Licenses can purchased on an annual or lifetime basis.
To license your pet online, go to www.padoglicense.com. You can also register your dog in person at the Montgomery County Office of the Treasurer or with one of several licensed agents in Montgomery County, including in Limerick, North Wales, Ardmore, King of Prussia, Limerick, Abington, Conshohocken, Pottstown, Glenside, or Perkiomenville.
