2021 Primary Election In Montgomery Co.: Mail-In Ballots Sent Out
It might seem like the interminable 2020 election season gasped its final breaths just moments ago, but 2021 elections are coming up.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — It might seem like the interminable 2020 election season gasped its final breaths just moments ago, but preparations are already underway for the 2021 election cycle.
The primary election in Pennsylvania is scheduled for May 18, and will feature a number of municipal level and school board races.
Though the primary itself may be more than three months away, there are immediate implications. If you opted-in to automatically receive a mail-in ballot when you registered to vote last year, then your application will be arriving soon in the mail. Ballots began to hit the mail on Feb. 1 in Montgomery County.

The deadline to register to vote in the primary is May 3. All absentee or mail-in ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on May 11.
All military and overseas ballots must be received by May 25.
