Borough to Vacate Cul-de-Sac for 900 Sandy Street Development
Westrum Development Co. will take responsibility over the cul-de-sac as part of the proposed new luxury apartment complex on the location.

Norristown Municipal Council meets again tonight, Tuesday, at 7:30 p.m. at Norristown Municipal Hall, 235 East Airy St. in Norristown.
Among the business on tonight's agenda, the borough is planning to vacate the cul-de-sac at the end of Sandy Street, turning responsibility for the land over to with an underground parking garage and additional parking lot on a 3.5-acre plot.
Also on the agenda is the continuation of the public hearing on Analysis of Impediments of Fair Housing Choice (A.I.) and a discussion of land development in the 400 block of East Johnson Highway.
