Despite Pandemic, Popular Toy Store Expands In Montgomery County

The ongoing economic crisis has not stopped a popular toy store from expanding its operations in Montgomery County.

BLUE BELL, PA -- A local toy store and family favorite in Montgomery County is expanding its operations into Blue Bell.

Learning Express Toys, previously located in King of Prussia Mall and currently located in Collegeville, has opened a new spot in Blue Bell. Store owners were relieved they were able to keep everything afloat and move forward despite coronavirus and the economic depression.

"So many risks, so many uncertainties....and we are so thrilled (and honestly, relieved) after our second day in the new store," the Brant family owners of the stores, including Caroline, Rich, Connor, Ella and Gracen, said in a statement.

They also noted their appreciation for the area community in supporting local businesses, noting that they worked hard and were supported by area residents during the pandemic.

"We realized many months ago that our community has our back," they added.

The toy inventory from the King of Prussia Mall was moved into the new Blue Bell location, on 1301 Skippack Pike.

The Collegeville location is at the Providence Town Center, on 160 Market Street.
