LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — A dog was found on Ridge Pike in Lower Providence on Thursday.
He was located near the intersection with Sunnyside Avenue.
Police described him as a "free spirit" who "did not care" for the accommodations at the Lower Providence Police Department.
