CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Three dogs were found running the streets of Conshohocken on Thursday.
Police said they found the dogs on the 100 block of West 4th Avenue. They have since been taken to the Montgomery County SPCA on Ridge Pike.
One of the dogs is white with freckled black specks and a large black spot above the tail. A second dog is all black.
