Driver Rescued After Tractor Trailer Flips on Route 202 Ramp
Berwyn Fire Company was among the agencies responding to the scene Monday.
A flipped tractor trailer on the Route 202 southbound ramp from I-76 drew multiple emergency responders to Upper Merion shortly before noon Monday.
Berwyn Fire Company sent its Tower 2Â and Engine 2-2Â apparatus to the scene to assist in the response. King of Prussia Fire Company is the primary company on the scene, and Swedeland Fire Company and Lafayette EMS are also on scene, according to Berwyn Assistant Chief Eamon Brazunas.
The crash resulted in heavy entrapment for one occupant, and a PennSTAR medevac helicopter was dispatched to the scene, Brazunas said.

As of 12:30 p.m., PennDOT cameras show the tractor trailer still lying on its side on the ramp, which was closed to traffic.
