Eagles Place Matt Pryor On COVID-19 Reserve List
The list is for players who either test positive or were in close contact with an infected person.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Eagles fans held their collective breath on Friday afternoon as the Eagles added guard and tackle Matt Pryor to the COVID-19 Reserve List.
An addition to the list does not mean Pryor tested positive, or that an outbreak is imminent. The list is for players who either test positive, or who were in close contact with an infected person. In fact, according to multiple reports, including ESPN's Eagles beat reporter Tim McManus, Pryor has in fact not yet tested positive.
Several Eagles have been added to the list this year, including star Lane Johnson over the summer.

The NFL has instituted similar rules to Major League Baseball in that a team cannot comment on a player's specific medical status as it relates to a positive test, but can only confirm if they've been placed on a list.
Still, the uncertainty surrounding any addition to the list is enough to give fans pause. The Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers game was postponed two weeks ago after numerous Titans players and staff tested positive.

Otherwise, the NFL has thus far not experienced any serious setbacks due to the pandemic.
With Pryor out, the Eagles will likely turn to backup Jamon Brown at right guard for this coming weekend's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.
