East Norriton Accident Sends One to Hospital

East Norriton Police responded to a two-car accident at Potshop and Taft roads shortly before 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.

According to East Norriton Police Chief Karyl Kates, a Ford Escape traveling north in the 3000 block of Potshop Road drifted to the right and made contact with the rear end of a legally parked and unoccupied Nissan Altima.

The driver of the Ford Escape, a male in his mid 20s was not injured, but his passenger, another male in his mid 20s was taken by Plymouth Ambulance to Einstein Medical Center Montgomer for treatment.  

East Norriton Police were assisted on scene by Plymouth Ambulance Company and Norriton Fire Engine Company.
