Family's Emotional Support Dog Missing From Norristown
It's believed there have been sightings of him as far away as Blue Bell and North Wales.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A family's dog that serves as an emotional support pet for an autistic child has gone missing from Norristown.
Russell was last seen on Oct. 31 on East Basin Street and Violet Street in Norristown.
Since then, his family says he's been spotted on Plymouth Boulevard, and possibly as far away as Morris Road in Blue Bell and Stump Road in North Wales on Nov. 3.

Russell has a microchip, along with a blue collar and two Florida tags.
Please do not chase him if seen.
