Former Norristown Police Officer Cleared of Assault, Harassment Charges
Brian Graham, 36, of Norristown was reportedly acquitted on Wednesday
A former Norristown police officer, who was charged with simple assault and harassment, was acquitted Wednesday, according to the Times Herald.
The report says Brian Graham, 36, of Norristown, who was accused of assaulting two women in December of 2013 and charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment, was acquitted in Montgomery County Clerk of Courts.
Graham was reportedly fired from the police department when the charges were first announced.
