FREE EVENT: Discover Norristown's Natural History

Local forest ecology, the animals of Norristown, and much more at this free event.

Norristown, PA -- Norristown will host a Natural History tour of Norristown Farm Park on July 10 at 6 p.m.

Ranger Mike will lead the early evening tour, teaching participants about the animals that live in the park.

The topic of forest ecology will be covered as well.

Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and wear supportive shoes.

The walk will be about two miles.

The program is free, and is suitable for both adults and children over seven.

Preregistration is required; please call 610-270-0215 to preregister.

Norristown Farm Park is located at Barley Sheaf Drive and Germantown Pike in East Norriton. The program will meet at the park office.
