'I Never Thought I'd Find Love in Norristown,' Says Valentine's Bride

Lynessa Solomon and Samuel Lewis Brown were married today on Valentine's Day by Judge Frances Lawrence.

As Lynessa Solomon waited outside district court offices at 200 West Main St. Thursday, she couldn't help but be nervous.

"I might be stood up!" Solomon said with a smile.

Solomon and her mother were waiting with other members of the wedding party for the groom, Samuel Lewis Brown, who was on his way with the his son and the best man.

"We met while I was at work," Solomon said. "We've been together six years. We were in love at first sight."

"Opposites definitely attract," Solomon said with a sly smile.

The groom and his entourage soon arrived and the happy party made its way into the courtroom where Judge Frances Lawrence performed the ceremony. The bride cried through much of it.

"I never thought I would find love in Norristown," Solomon said. "But he's a good guy."
