Justice Bell 2020 Announces "Let Justice Ring" Video Contest
Winning Video Will Premiere At The Justice Bell Send-Off Event As Part of The Justice Bell 2020 Women's Suffrage Centennial Celebration
Justice Bell 2020 has announced its “Let Justice Ring” video contest to help celebrate the upcoming Justice Bell 2020 Women’s Suffrage Centennial Celebration (which will be held August 25-26 as the Justice Bell makes its ceremonious journey from its home at Washington Memorial Chapel, Valley Forge Park to Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia).
As part of the “Let Justice Ring” video contest, participants will be asked to submit a short (five minutes or less) video on the theme of women’s suffrage about women’s freedom and the significance of the Justice Bell.
The Justice Bell, also known as the “Women’s Liberty Bell,” is the most pivotal symbol in women’s rights history. Commissioned by Katharine Wentworth Ruschenberger of Strafford, Chester County, PA in 1915, the Justice Bell (housed at Washington Memorial Chapel in Valley Forge) is a replica of the Liberty Bell and was transported throughout the country to rally votes for women’s right to vote.

Details For The Contest:
The “Let Justice Ring” video contest invites you to submit a short (five minutes or less) video on the theme of women’s suffrage about women’s freedom and the significance of the Justice Bell. Entries will be posted on YouTube, reviewed and voted upon by a panel of judges, and prizes will be given. Rules of the Contest
- The “Let Justice Ring” Video Contest is open to everyone.
- Video should be 5 minutes (or less) including credits.
- Video should be family friendly.
- All music copyright, talent, releases/permissions must be attested to with each entry.
- Submit entry to “Let Justice Ring” Video Contest at justicebellvideo@gmail.com.
- ALL entries must be received by July 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
- Upload video to YouTube by July 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Set to public and downloadable.
- Participants to provide YouTube link in Submission Form.
- Winners will be notified by August 1, 2020
