KOP Runner at Boston Marathon Talks About the Attack
Elizabeth Lim was one of several area residents participating in the Boston Marathon on Monday when the bombs went off.

As Patch reported on Monday, several residents from our area were participating in the Boston Marathon yesterday when the event was rocked by explosions, apparently from bombs set by an unknown attacker. One of those runners was King of Prussia's Elizabeth Lim.
Lim, a personal trainer who has participated in the Boston Marathon numerous times, spoke to The Times Herald about her experience on Monday in the aftermath of the blasts. She told the Herald it was difficult for runners and spectators to get any information about what was happening in the first several hours.
"People were screaming and running," Lim told the Herald. "We just [kept] hearing sirens."
