KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A new fitness business is opening up a showroom in the King of Prussia Mall.

LIT Method, which describes itself as a "cult" fitness company, focuses on unique workouts which prevent injury.

Specifically, it offers an all-in-one water rower, Pilates reformer, resistance band training system, and a LIT Strength Machine. The company touts some 500-plus low impact exercises in these fields, noting specialities in physical therapy and "prehab."

The Los Angeles-based company saw a multi-million dollar investment from Jay-Z's venture capital firm, as well investment from former MLB star and Los Angeles Dodger, Adrian Gonzalez.

Customers who purchase a LIT strength machine at KOP will receive a set of accessories worth $450, the company said, including Puma shoes.

The Lab will open on May 22. Hours are Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
