NORRISTOWN, PA — The Honorable Ester J. Casillo (nee Bielawski) of Jeffersonville passed away peacefully on October 17, 2018 at the age of 70. Born in Philadelphia on March 22, 1948, Ester was the daughter to the late Peter Paul and Marie Bielawski (nee Wiercinski).
She served as the Magisterial District Justice of Montgomery County for 30 years. Ester will be remembered for her kind heart and supportive nature, which was often shown in her work through helping those suffering with addiction. Ester's passion for travel had taken her to many islands in the Caribbean as well as many cities in the United States. She loved to fish and spend time at the beach, participating in activities at the Italian American Club, but most of all her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
