Renters and landlords impacted by COVID-19 can apply for funding to help cover rent and utility costs in Montgomery County.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Renters and landlords impacted by COVID-19 can now apply for funding to help cover rent and utility costs in Montgomery County.

The relief program, which was also in place months ago during the height of the pandemic, is eligible for those who are at or below 80 percent of the area median income.

Funding can assist with rent and utility bills dating back to March 13, 2020, and can also cover future rent payments and security deposit. If you're eligible, there's no limit.
