Montco Panel To Address Raising A Child In LGBTQ Community

NORRISTOWN, PA — Officials in Montgomery County are organizing an expert panel and question and answer session addressing parenthood and children in the LGBTQ community.

The event, part of the larger Pride Series, will be a private webinar that will protect the privacy of attendees.

It will feature experienced parents of LGBTQ youth discussing "how to be a child's strongest advocate and ally."

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Drug and Alcohol, and Prevention Education Solutions are putting the webinar together.
