MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Coronavirus cases continue to decrease across Montgomery County, with nearly all areas of the county showing improvements in the key metrics used by health officials to track the course of the virus.

The decrease does appear to be slowing, and Gov. Wolf said the state was seeing a plateau in the decrease rate.

Still, the county’s percent positivity rate now sits just above the coveted 5 percent threshold — 5.1 — used by the Department of Health and CDC to indicate suppression of the virus. That’s down from 5.9 percent last week.
