New 4DX Theater Coming To King Of Prussia Regal Theatre

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A special technology is coming to the King of Prussia Regal theater this month.

The local cinema will become just one of 17 Regal locations nationwide to offer 4DX showings.

“We are truly excited to expand our partnership with CJ 4DPLEX with these new 4DX locations,” Ken Thewes, CMO at Regal, said in a statement. “We’re always looking for innovative technologies to engage our audiences and the expansion of 4DX offers our guests all around the U.S. an incredibly immersive moviegoing experience that we know they will love and can only get at Regal theatres."

Officials call 4DX "the most immersive cinema format in the industry."

The release of 4DX in King of Prussia is timed for viewers to have the chance to experience summer blockbusters, such as the recently released "Avengers: Endgame" with the new technology.
