The long-awaited new Royal Farms location is opening up its doors in Norristown in the coming days, the company confirmed.
NORRISTOWN, PA — The long-awaited new Royal Farms location is opening up its doors in Norristown in the coming days, the company confirmed.
An opening date for the gas station and convenience store combination is set for Oct. 8.
It will be located on 1820 Markley Street.

Royal Farms will sell their famous brand of fried chicken at this location.
The new store will bring some competition to local Wawas as the company continues to expand their presence in southeastern Pennsylvania. All told they have 219 stores across several states, including 18 in Pennsylvania.

Other local spots include Broomall, Colmar, Downingtown, Kulpsville, Ridley Park, and York.
The store was first approved for construction back in the summer of 2016.
