NORRISTOWN, PA — A new burger shop is opening up its doors in the Norristown area.

Steak 'n Shake, a popular chain with more than 500 locations around the country, is slated to open on Oct. 15. It's located on 2520 West Main Street.

The new restaurant will be the first Steak 'n Shake in Montgomery County, owners said.

According to the chain, Steak 'n Shake cooks burgers made from "premium sirloin meat with all natural ingredients" in an open kitchen in front of customers.
