Phyllis Jean (Gow) Dininny, 72, was born in Gun Hill, Pennsylvania on Oct. 6, 1939, and died suddenly in her Norristown home on Nov. 29. Formerly a real estate agent, she was an office manger at the Boscov's Department Store in Plymouth Meeting.
