Popular NY Barbecue Joint Opening Large King Of Prussia Location
Just in time for Memorial Day, a huge new barbecue restaurant and craft beer mecca with an 80-seat patio is coming to King of Prussia.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A new barbecue joint is coming to King of Prussia just in time for the summer season.
Morgan's Brooklyn Barbecue, a popular Brooklyn-based establishment known for its slow-cooked smoked meats, craft beers, and bourbon, will open next week. The new location with an "unmistakeable sociable Brooklyn ethos" will be on the perimeter of the mall.
The location will feature a large, 80-seat outdoor patio, and 70 seats inside. Some highlights of the menu include overnight smoked beef brisket (both fatty and lean cuts), pork ribs, smoked chicken, pulled pork, and smoked turkey. There's also the famous “Holy Trinity” which combines all of Morgan's most famous offerings: house-smoked sausage, brisket, and pork ribs.

The establishment was launched by Mathew Glazier, the restaurateur behind creations like Monkey Bar, Strip House, and Michael Jordan’s The Steakhouse. This is the first Pennsylvania location.
The drink specials will focus on craft and local offerings, and will include taps from Workhorse and Conshohocken brewing companies as well as whiskey from local distilleries like Five Saints, Bluebird, and Manatawny.
