SEPTA to Replace Rail Service with Shuttle Buses Along Manayunk/Norristown Line this Weekend
Buses will ferry passengers between the Elm Street and Wissahickon stations on the line while crews complete track and signal maintenance.

According to SEPTA, regional rail service along the Manayunk/Norristown Line will be suspended this weekend between the Elm Street Station in Norristown and the Wissahickon Station in Philadelphia while crews complete track and signal work. During the service interruption, shuttle buses will ferry passengers between the affected stops.
Passengers travelling to Philadelphia from the Elm Street station should plan to board shuttle buses 32 minutes before the regularly scheduled train times. The buses will make stops at the Main Street, Norristown Transportation Center, Conshohocken, and Spring Mill stations before heading directly to the Wissahickon Station.
Shuttle busses will not travel to the Miquon, Manayunk or Ivy Ridge stations. Passengers wishing to travel to these stops can reach them from outbound trains travelling from the Wissahickon Station. Miquon Station customers are advised to use Spring Mill Station instead.
