SEPTA's Manayunk/Norristown Line To Resume Service
SEPTA has announced that the Manayunk/Norristown regional rail line will return to service in the coming days. Masks are required.
NORRISTOWN, PA — SEPTA has announced that the Manayunk/Norristown regional rail line will return to service on Sunday, June 28.
The line has been shut down since early April, along with many other regional rail lines, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The line will operate with hourly service on weekdays, and will run every two hours on Saturdays and Sundays, SEPTA said.

All regional rail lines except the Chestnut Hill West and Cynwyd lines will be back in service by this weekend.
Ticket offices will reopen at only two outlying stations on the Manayunk/Norristown line: East Falls and Norristown. The stations will be open starting Monday, June 29 for fare purchases only. Waiting areas and restrooms will remain shut down.

Riders are required to wear a mask while on board SEPTA trains, and to obey distanced seating once inside trains.
