UPDATE: Police Respond to Reported Shooting at the Norristown Transportation Center
Norristown Police Chief Willie Richet reports that his officer responded to the scene and did not find evidence of a shooting. The scene is clear.

Norristown Police and emergency medical services responded to a call for a shooting at approximately 9:10 p.m. at the Norristown Transportation Center at Lafayette and Swede streets Wednesday night.
Interim Police Chief Willie Richet reported that his officers arrived on the scene and found nothing to indicate a shooting or a victim. Officers cleared the call quickly.
