Police Investigate a Norristown Shooting
Shots were fired in an incident in the area of Moore and High streets in Norristown sometime after 9 p.m. on Thursday evening, March 28. Details are few, but police were on the scene at approximately 9:20 p.m. and searching the area for evidence.

After being arrested for an alleged driving under the influence, Christopher Gring, 29, of the 2500 block of S. Parkview Dr. in Norristown was arrested for Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness on March 16. During his arrest, police say that Gring made himself throw up in the police van.
