Teenage Twins Jailed In Assault Of Norristown Pizzeria Owner: PD
The two teens robbed and beat a woman who owned a local pizzeria, police said. A third man remains wanted.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Two of the three men wanted for the assault and robbery of a Norristown pizzeria owner have been arrested, according to authorities and court documents.
Twin 19-year-old brothers Justin and Kevin Cassidy, both of Aston in Delaware County, were booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility on Thursday. It comes just days after the Norristown Police Department issued a wanted poster for the two men, along with a third, Justin Croson, who has not yet been taken into custody.
The incident occurred back on Feb. 19 at Mama Venezia's Pizzeria, located on 674 E. Marshall Street.

The owner, Ying Ngov, chased after the suspects with a shovel when they refused to pay for beer, authorities said.
When she caught up to them, the group of men shoved her to the ground and then began beating her. Police said Croson, who faces the more serious charge of aggravated assault, was responsible for starting the attack.

The three fled the scene when a few bystanders came to stop the assault and assist Ngov. Authorities called the assault "vicious."
Police said they received outstanding cooperation from the local community that enabled them to swiftly identify the suspects.
“Our collective outrage was funneled into a fast and thorough investigation," Chief Mark Talbot said. "I’m proud of NPD and I’m proud of Norristown."
The Cassidy brothers were unable to post bail Thursday and were booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility, court documents state. They've been charged with robbery and simple assault.
Preliminary hearings are set for March 17.
