Trails On Tap Arrives At Norristown's Riverfront Park
Trails on Tap begins at Norristown's Riverfront Park this week. A meet and greet with an owl will kick things off Wednesday night.

NORRISTOWN, PA — The Schuylkill River traveling beer garden, Trails on Tap, kicks off its final stop at Norristown's Riverfront Park this week.
The garden opens up from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It is then open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
The John James Audubon Center is partnering with the event to host a meet and greet with an owl on Wednesday evening.

There will also be a wide variety of lawn games available on the weekend, including cornhole, giant jenga, ladderball, and ping pong.
Free bike and kayak rentals are also available on the weekend. And of course, there's plenty of craft beer and food for purchase.

A portion of proceeds raised from the event support the health of the Schuylkill River, the Schuylkill River Trail, and the supporting nonprofit organization, Schuylkill River Greenways.
